Shanghai O&M Equipment Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing and supply company. We organise production of industrial equipment, components and spare parts through our own cooperation network of qualified Chinese plants, and we deliver complete, export-ready supply to industrial buyers abroad.
Most of what we ship is not bought off a shelf. It is produced to a specification — ours or the customer's — at plants we have qualified, on terms we negotiate, under documentation and inspection we control. Production cooperation is the core of the business: we hold the technical package, place the order, supervise the work, and take responsibility for the result.
Alongside our own production programmes we source and supply serial equipment, materials and spare parts, using the same supplier network, engineering capability and export infrastructure. Local market expertise, international trade experience, multilingual communication and modern digital tools reduce procurement risk and shorten lead times for our customers.
We operate as the manufacturer of record for our production programmes. Work is carried out at partner plants selected, audited and contracted by us, under our technical documentation and our quality control — a cooperation model widely used in Chinese heavy industry.
Drawings, specifications and material requirements are prepared or adapted by our engineers, with conformity to the applicable standards — GB, ASTM, API, DIN, ISO or GOST.
A network of machining, casting, forging, fabrication and assembly plants, each audited for technical capability, capacity, quality system and export experience.
Tooling, prototypes and first-article samples are produced and approved before series manufacturing begins.
Our own staff attend the plants during production: dimensional checks, welding and heat-treatment control, and stage-by-stage progress reporting.
Mill certificates, chemical and mechanical test reports, heat numbers and material identification retained and supplied with the goods.
Pressure, load, run-in and NDT testing as required, witnessed by us or by a third-party inspection body, before packing and shipment.
For customs and compliance purposes: goods produced under our cooperation programmes are manufactured in the People's Republic of China to our technical documentation, shipped with full manufacturing, quality and origin documentation, and exported under our own contracts.
We review technical specifications, drawings, standards and commercial objectives, and confirm what has to be made, what can be sourced, and what has to be engineered from scratch.
For manufactured items we prepare the technical package and allocate the work within our production base. For serial goods, manufacturers are identified, verified and evaluated on technical capability, capacity, quality system and export experience.
Costs and quotations are collected, compared and analysed to arrive at the most suitable solution — not simply the lowest price.
We coordinate production, supervision, documentation, inspections and shipment preparation, and report progress at each stage.
We handle export procedures, origin and quality documentation, logistics planning and customs-related matters through to delivery.
Whenever project conditions allow, we disclose original manufacturer quotations and supplier identities.
